how to avoid diabetes in future

If you follow standard treatment practices you will live the same length of years as if you never had it. This is how good state if the art is. Much of the practice is exactly what non diabetics do to live a long happy life. So even without a cure we are all in good shape. Some Type 2 can even get off meds just by controlling their macro nutrients and exercise, T1s and people with diminished insulin output can’t get off of extrogenus insulin yet but there are great approaches to smooth out glucose levels and make one’s life long and happy, I found a diabetic tea at a health expo and got some for my cousin. It helped him tremendously! I highly recommend Tego tea, I hate them asking those question… especially now that i acquired retinopathy… and say it seems your eyes are ok they are not swelling or anything.
Shandar this is Clark have you ever tried baking soda for diabetes. I have it and as nasty as baking soda is it helps me. Look up the benefits it has,  I don’t expect non-diabetics to know this. Why should they? Most people ask out of genuine curiosity. What I do dislike are those who are power tripping. Again some are concerned but bullies have a general approach to people anyways and that is how you know. The best way is to still be polite and use it as an opportunity to educate. If you don’t act upset then you spoil their fun, Why would the modern world cute diabetes? They have profit if every diabetic can buy necessary stuff.. wouldn’t surprise me if there already is a cure,  just read this to Dave. Though Joe might wanna know. Interesting.has nothing to do with bagels btw. Interesting about the order to eat, This is not “Diabetes Support” please get with a program that will help your followers. Most do not know that they can get the glucose under control and not suffer complications you keep posting.
diabetics do not eat bagels. no no no no no no no no. it doesnt matter what order you eat a bagel and something else, its still useless carbs. if you are a diabetic, just accept the fact that bagels are off your menu. diabetes support, your picture is ridiculous, In type 2 for all my life (at least it feels that wayI wear two hearing aid at $ 1500 each and they have changed my life. By the way I’m only, could be a link between stubing my toe and my type one diabetes also recent studies have shown there could be a link between blinking and being alive,  In short the two main areas of concern are higher incidence of progressive hearing loss and sudden onset (over night) of unexplained permanent hearing loss only in one ear, both conditions very specific to Diabetes BUT very difficult to monitor or treat in time! The reason for this is that the average patient with diabetes will be informed about the other medical risks AND will diligently go for follow ups for blood pressure, heart disease, eye health and vision testing, foot care etc. BUT will not be told about impact on the hearing mechanism? Working closely with the Diabetes Association I deal with many diabetic patients with hearing loss and tinnitus (ringing) on a daily basis- all sharing with me that they wish someone told them there is a link earlie.
I have ringing in my ear for a while. I also told my doctor. They said if you take medication for along time, you’ll get this. So ignore it, This “guide fizo amazing” (Google it) will change your life in the event you follow it and really want to get and have your diabetes manageable and maybe reverse it. For 1 ½ months now, my partner continues to follow the program. He’s had type two diabetes for six years and been insulin dependent for 5 of the 6 years. Great news, he encountered this program and followed it which made him improve his eating habit day after day, Thank you Mariaan Botha Audiologist for your good work and caring for our Diabetic patients.
I’ve been diabetic for 52-years. ENOUGH already!!! It ruins nerve endings. This “news” is no revelation,  I’m trying zucchini noodles for the first time. I may not care to eat regular pasta again…and No more dealing with rediculous numbers because of it, I have found that having a half a$$ medical team that will not treat all of me is just a set up for more bad feelings. Attack pain to ease depression, to care enougp to dump carbs and gain energy, Sometimes it get me feeling so irritable and anxious that I just totally want to freak out! Fighting sudden sadness and anger is one of the hardest parts about diabetes for me. I’m such an easy going and happy person. But when it happens, it’s rough, This is a bit dismissive of the legitimate mental health issues that can come with diabetes, honestly. While it’s good advice, it may not be enough when depression and anxiety take over. Remember it’s okay to ask for help.
When you feel this way walk and try to keep occupied in creating art, writing, going to church and having fresh flowers in the house, Then also try to get your insulin from the insurance companies CVS/CAREMARK a are TERRIABLE They sign your death sentence all for greed and their profit Cost 15 cents to make it and they charge you over 400 dollars for one bottle God help th, I had a scare today. I’ve been ill and have to take prednisone and antibiotics. Wow, I drank a chai tea and my sugars went over the moon. Finally have them down some tonight – but still sorta’ shakey and weak. Also have to take pro-biotics. Just being sick does and # and then the meds. Too Scary.
