how to balance diabetes

Had a bad hypo at work and told the works manager what I thought of his handling of the company , got myself a pay rise lol ought to have been the sack lol,Aim always losing it I panic if I haven’t got my blood machine with me our life’s are tied and we depend on insulin everyday we time our jabs we have no control now we can’t eat when we want we can’t sleep when we want without checking to make sure sugar is alright before you go to bed incase you have a hypo people that don’t have it don’t know what it’s like so that’s why they have got to be patient why you God knows how my girls put up with me I lose it dead easy it must be love thanks girls,  I learn ‘ t to control this a long time ago. Funny if I have a normal or a high blood sugar and I snap because I think something is unjust there are folks who take advantage of the fact that I am a diabetic because they won’t accept that there may have been a good reason for it and immediately blame it on my health. So that is irritating。
Bless my 9 year old just recently diagnosed says sorry to me as he knows he has this for the rest of his life but he knows it’s changed my life too he’s been more concerned about me than himself xx, I don’t give out to ppl when low but I do stupid things. I once undressed myself in front of my mother-in-law and an ambulance driver while low. She was not impressed and hates me for it to this day, It happens to me I’ve snapped at dear friends only trying to help me but I kinda sorta turn momentarily crazy lolhen I ALWAYS apologize but if you’ve never experienced it you can never know the torture it is,  It’s going to come down to gut flora. I think some important component, an enzyme? Is being removed when the fat level is decreased. Just MY guess。
My numbers were 1275 and I was in a coma and stayed in the hospital nearly a week. That was in January, and i am still levelling out with my numbers, my diagnosis, and dealing with chronic pain. My husband and adult daughter have helped me through this. I go between being in severe pain and not sleeping , to trying to catch up on sleep and doing what I still need to do. My family are my care givers in ways we never dreamed would happen. I was always the one to help and care. That is extremely difficult. My eyesight has changed, and 3 months is the earliest the specialist recommended before new glasses, so my family drives me everywhere. I have been sad! And angry…and lonely. My faith and my family are helping me through….they want to fix it, but I tell them how grateful I am that they are helping me through it right now, or the people around you can just act like there is nothing that you need to change. Thats the life I try to deal with in getting my diabetes under control….. it’s extremely hard to control when you have no support from the people who live in your house。
Its so hard when your partner does not care about your emotional well being. My day are like a see saw. Don,t know wat tomorrow,s going to bring. Everyday day a different pain. But im not supposed to be sick. Understanding of this illness is so important. Feeling frustrated, I’ve been my husbands care giver since I was 18 I’m 36 now we had 10 yrs of hospitals and looking like Bart Simpson and diabetes all over the place . Only thing I can say to other ppl is that if you love them you’ve got to keep going for them good times will happen again, Very real. I have worked as a caregiver, now I share some for love and know I will need it one day but don’t wish anyone to have to do that for me unless it is a paid job, To all the diabetes patient, stop using allopathy medicines for your illness. Start using organic supplements it will be more beneficial for you and they do not have any side effects。
This “guide fizo amazing” (Google it) is among the most sensible and easy to follow plan for overall health and reversing diabetes. This diet/lifestyle change is so much easier to follow, no carb or calorie counting! I am very thankful that I’ve lost 60 pounds through this plant-based living. It’s true you really can reverse diabetes,  I’ve been a Type 2 diabetic for 17 years. For the people with Type 1 or 2 diabetes the best thing you can do is stop eating man made processed foods. I did two years ago and lost 145 pounds got off insulin (135-units a day) and all other diabetic meds. I eat fresh fruits and vegetables good protein, high fats and whole grains. Exactly what was put on this earth from the beginning for us to eat not the CRAP that most people eat every day. But what a person with diabetes; eating right is only half of it exercise is the other half and both needs to be done every day, To all the diabetes patient, stop using allopathy medicines for your illness. Start using organic supplements it will be more beneficial for you and they do not have any side effects。
