how to reduce diabetes by home remedies

I’ve been a Type 2 diabetic for 17 years. For the people with Type 1 or 2 diabetes the best thing you can do is stop eating man made processed foods. I did two years ago and lost 145 pounds got off insulin (135-units a day) and all other diabetic meds. I eat fresh fruits and vegetables good protein, high fats and whole grains. Exactly what was put on this earth from the beginning for us to eat not the CRAP that most people eat every day. But what a person with diabetes; eating right is only half of it exercise is the other half and both needs to be done every day, I really dislike seeing posts like this. I don’t fall into this category and many others do not as well. You can control your bg if you choose…sure there may be a high or low here or there, nothing is perfect, but it certainly isn’t what this post describes..mat least for me. I have a great life as any other person without Diabetes!
To all the diabetes patient, stop using allopathy medicines for your illness. Start using organic supplements it will be more beneficial for you and they do not have any side effects, Nobody dies of Diabetes .. People die of complcations. Due to drugs. Must make the pancreas works to secrete natural insulin that can control the blood sugar level. And that so simple to DXN products. So many testimonies about their doctors advice is for amputation. So afraid for that. By taking DXN products they have been cured. Goodbye diabetes, Soo sad…its like you need to be extra carefull in order to stay in this world longer.
I have made most of our family’s recipes, even cakes & Christmas biscuits(cookies) & puddings to be diabetic friendly. Everything is now organic or NonGMO & made with whole grains for better taste, I knew about this “guide fizo amazing” (Google it) when my buddy introduced it to me to manage my weight and diabetes. I had been following a strict and doing exercise regularly. After one day on the diet my blood sugar was down about 35 points, and by day 4 it was down about 60 points. That worked well, nonetheless, and I felt fine. I’m delighted that my blood sugar is so much better already,  I was diagnosed 2 years ago with type 1. I totally changed my eating habits. NO MORE TIME for crap food for this diabetic. I’m only 28 & plan to live a long and healthy life, Sometimes you just have to check. I found a box of boneless chicken breasts whose top three ingredients were: water, processed chicken, and dextrose. The “breasts” were basically chicken nuggets full of sugar.
Combine that with the fact that someone, either the insurance company or my pharmacy, has taken it upon themselves that suddenly, after 15 years of being on insulin, that I can only get it filled once every 50 days. My sugars are out of this world, so tell me again why I should care, Battling strep for a week just had to go back to dr today for an antibiotic booster. The rollercoaster of mood swings with the Bg has me at my wits end. And im quarantined and cant cook. Ive lost 7 lbs. I think i might die, I’ve learnt with time that those who have to leave will do so no matter what you do.. Forever is a lie.. Yet the statement is partially right because, remember, those who stay will always be there.. It is up to you to choose well.. Don’t blame life, Good day I need advice my meds have been adjusted I’m using metformin x2 a day along with my glucomed tablets and since using the metformin I don’t have any appetite… I am type.
Pancreatitis for 3 months, sick throwing up, can’t eat, or drink anything, can’t keep anything down… I have had this 4 times already… No like this life,  I’m dealing with this right now.. I wanna curl up in a ball and cry sometimes because of my numbers.. so sick of being sick, In the U.S., Consumer reports say the best glucometer is the Life Scan One……..but whichever one your insurance supports is the best for you because they pay for it. My Ins. & doctor prescribed the Freestyle Lite for me. I’m T2 diabetic…….& it’s been accurate for me. I had the Contour before that. Also I noticed that when I tested on different fingers, the readings are always different….by a few pointsso you have to allow for that.
There is no #1 most accurate meter, least that I am aware of. Depending on test location and test strips, they will read slightly different. Meters may be a case where how much we spend on a meter is tied to level of accuracy. That said, I have two OneTouch Verio Flex meters that typically test within a few points of each other; also two OneTouch VerioIQ meters that test similarly. BS number is only guide, as it varies, depending on conditions, throughout the day, The best technology is the freestyle libre and dexacom 5 – they are not machines but the non finger pricking devices / patches you wear. Constant monitoring utterly better and much safer , more accurate , no sore fingers. But are expensive :( if you can afford or have very “brittle” changing diabetes then I can highly recommend. Im too brittle and take two different injectable drugs and ice found the cheaper freestyle libre patches so much better. Good luck and I hope the patches all get used and available more widespread for all.
Also depends on what country you’re in. My doctor prescribed a FreeStyle Lite and it gives readings close to the endo’s. The Contour Next USB was my favorite but my insurance doesn’t cover the strips for it. The FreeStyle Precision Neo is a really good budget meter as well, One other thing to consider is which test strips your CCG and surgery will allow and pay for. The surgeries near us have a list of which machines they will allow for type , There is always going to be some variance. The meters are not all that accurate. Not all the variance is the fault of the meter. Stuff on the skin at the poke site can cause a variation. Now days, I rarely test over 150 and never over 160 mg/Dl. One day I tested and it was 230! I went and washed my hands and tested again. 120, not bad for 2 hours after a meal.
